The QC frame (with Four Columns) is a higly resistant frame compression , designed to realise tests on cubes and cylindrers samples.
This geometrically perfectly (Isostatic) shaped frame ensures an ideal application of the load which is ideally centered on the specimen axis (Perfect line-up between the Jack and the ball seated joint axes) complying with the EN 12 390-4.
The QC/LC (with Four Columns & Long Stroke) is suited for laboratories which need to test cylinders as well as blocks and generally need to use heavy wedges, often difficult to center, to get the right height position.
